Human Services Commission

NCS helps support the work of the Human Services Commission (HSC). The HSC reviews applications and makes funding recommendations for various contracted human services programs.  The HSC also conducts public hearings, accepts and reviews proposals, selects projects, and makes recommendations to the City Council, as well as advising Council Members and City staff on the development and implementation of Neighborhood and Community Services Strategic Plans.
