How the Downtown Parking Savings Pass Works

Getting started is easy. 

  1. Complete the online enrollment form.
  2. Receive Confirmation that your account has been activated
  3. Pay for parking using one of the participating mobile payment apps.
  4. When your parking session reaches the daily maximum rate, your 20% discount will automatically be applied.

No coupons. No promo codes. No additional steps after you’re enrolled.

  • Park Plaza North – 923 Commerce Street 
  • Pacific Plaza – 1137 Commerce Street 
  • Municipal Lot – 759 Market Street 
  • 14th Street Lot – 1401 Pacific Avenue 
  • Tacoma Convention Center – 1500 Broadway 
  • Rock the Dock – 535 Dock Street

Participating locations may change based on parking demand and operational needs. 

Use any participating mobile payment app to receive your discount. Use the same email address and vehicle information provided during enrollment when setting up your parking app.

ParkMobileAny vehicle added to your ParkMobile account will be eligible for the discount. We still encourage you to notify Republic Parking Northwest when adding a vehicle so our records stay up to date. Download from Google Play or the Apple App Store.

 

Passport ParkingDiscounts are tied to the license plates approved during enrollment. Vehicles added later in the Passport app will not automatically receive the discount. To add another vehicle, contact Republic Parking Northwest. Download from Google Play or the Apple App Store.

 

All participating apps provide the same automatic discount when your pass is activated.

Important Things to Know.
  • The discount applies only to the daily maximum parking rate. 
  • Hourly parking rates are not discounted. 
  • The program is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are not reserved. 
  • Only approved accounts and license plates are eligible. 
  • If your preferred mobile app is unavailable, use another participating app to avoid receiving a parking notice. 
  • Discounts are not available for payments made at pay stations. 
  • Refunds cannot be issued for parking sessions that were not eligible for the discount.

Simply email Republic Parking Northwest with your updated license plate information. Please allow up to two business days for processing. For Passport and PayByPhone users, discounts are tied to approved license plates. New vehicles must be submitted before they become eligible.
