Bicycle and Pedestrian Technical Advisory Group Monthly Meeting

The City of Tacoma Bicycle Pedestrian Technical Advisory Group (BPTAG) advises the Transportation Commission on active transportation-related matters. BPTAGÂ focuses on making it safer and easier to use active transportation in Tacoma, which includes walking, using an assistive mobility device, bicycling, skating, and riding a skateboard or scooter.
Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of the month from 5:30 – 7:30 PM. Check BPTAG agendas for special meeting notices, location changes, or meeting cancellations.
The Bicycle and Pedestrian Technical Advisory Group meeting of Monday, July 28, 2025, will assemble at 5:30 p.m. at the southwest corner of S J St and Division Ave – near 1002 Division Ave Tacoma, WA 98405.
The purpose of this meeting is to tour the J St corridor improvements. This will be a walking tour open to the public.
