Tacoma FIRST 311 is your FIRST call for City of Tacoma services. We are Tacoma’s one-stop-shop for the Fast Information Resource Service Team (FIRST). We’re here for your City of Tacoma questions, reports, and service requests. You can reach us in person, on the phone, on the web, or by downloading the Tacoma FIRST 311 app for Android or Apple devices.
