Project Overview
The project includes construction on St. Helens Avenue, from 6th Avenue to Division Avenue, including the intersection of 6th Avenue. Improvements will consist of an asphalt grind and overlay from curb face to curb face along with bulbouts at the intersections and installation of active transportation features (bike facilities and crosswalks).
