Portland Avenue Freight & Access Improvements

Project Overview

This project extends along the Portland Avenue corridor from the north leg of Lincoln Avenue to the north leg of E. 27th Street, and east along Lincoln Avenue approximately 200 feet to the Lincoln Avenue bridge deck. The project includes the replacement of asphalt pavement with concrete and installation of ITS Fiber Optic. As needed, work will also include improvements to the following: roadway rechannelization, bicycle facilities, traffic signals, sidewalks, curb ramps, pedestrian crossings, and bridge deck repairs/resurfacing.
