Local Improvement District (LID) 8667

Project Overview

Local Improvement District (LID) 8667 is located along Ruby Street from Baltimore Street to Shirley Street and Mullen Street from North 46th Street to North 47th Street. The project will establish the permanent grade of the roadway surface centered within the Right-of-Way consisting of 3 inches of asphalt street pavement, 2.5 inches crushed surfacing top course, and 5 inches of crushed ballast. As necessary, it will also include concrete curb installation, concrete gutter installation, concrete driveway approach installation, sidewalk replacement, ADA curb ramp construction, surface water main extensions, and surface water catch basins. Because of overlapping project areas and scopes, LID 8667 has been combined into a construction contract with LID 3970, Streets Initiative Package No. 24, LID 8663, and Streets Initiative Package No. 35.
