Local Improvement District (LID) 8663

Project Overview

This Local Improvement District (LID) project includes construction on four streets and one alley in North Tacoma. The project will establish the permanent grade of the roadway surface centered within the Right-of-Way. As necessary, it will also include concrete curb installation, concrete gutter installation, concrete driveway approach installation, sidewalk replacement, ADA curb ramp construction, surface water main extensions, and surface water catch basins. Because of overlapping project areas and scopes, LID 8663 has been combined into a construction contract with LID 3970, Streets Initiative Package No. 24, LID 8667, and Streets Initiative Package No. 35.
