Project Overview

This project will grind the outer lanes of E. Portland Avenue at the gutter line and overlay the street with two inches of HMA and install ADA curb ramp upgrades. Signal improvement includes the addition of a new HAWK at the intersection of E. Portland Avenue & South 60th Street.
