East 64th Street – Phase II
Second part of a three-phase construction effort to improve multimodal transportation infrastructure along East 64th Street.

Project Overview
Phase 1 (improvements on East 64th Street between McKinley Avenue and Pacific Avenue) is complete. Phase 2 will improve East 64th Street from McKinley Avenue East to Portland Avenue. Improvements will include:
- Replacing the road
- Adding bike lanes
- Replacing sidewalks and curb ramps with ramps meeting ADA standards
- Upgrading the stormwater and illumination system
Landscaping and art will also be incorporated into the project. One additional segment is planned (Phase 3) from Portland to the City limits and will be completed in future years.
