Notice of Appeal in the Lawsuit Over Proposed Initiative 2

Today, the City of Tacoma filed a notice of appeal in the lawsuit over proposed Initiative 2, which was brought against the City and Pierce County by United Food and Commercial Workers Local 367, Tacoma For All, and the Tacoma-Pierce County Democratic Socialists of America.
