The Tacoma Landmarks Preservation Commission is seeking nominations for the 2026 Historic Preservation Awards. The awards celebrate the best in preservation projects and programming.
The Outstanding Achievement award categories include:

- Heritage / Legacy Business
- Housing
- Innovation in Preservation and Outreach
- Landmark Nomination
- Leadership in Preservation
- Partnerships in Preservation
- Preservation as Neighborhood Revitalization
- Renovation – Commercial Property
- Renovation – Residential Property
- Sustainability
Nominations can be submitted here now through March 17.
The awards ceremony and reception will be held in person on May 21. Event details are available here.
