During the City Council’s Study Session at noon on May 12, City Manager Hyun Kim will present the Roadmap to Recovery – a proactive, data-driven strategy designed to address the City’s projected General Fund structural deficit. The presentation will outline phased administrative consolidations, ongoing work to support the uninterrupted delivery of essential public services, and strict cost-containment measures that build upon the City of Tacoma’s recently upgraded AA+ bond rating.
