Monthly Financial Dashboard

You can interact with the report below to view year-to-date spending and revenue compared to budget amounts for various City funds.

Here are a few things to keep in mind when using this report:

  • Departments and Funds are held accountable for staying within their biennial budgets, not their monthly budget amounts. Some monthly variances are to be expected throughout a biennium (e.g. due to seasonality of when expenses occur).
  • Variance explanations refer to a point-in-time snapshot of the City’s finances. Due to the timing of various financial adjustments, some variance explanations for past months may be out of date.
