Update My Rental Property Records

If you received a notification to update your rental property information, please fill out the form below.

Please select the “Add Residential Rental Property” button for residential properties or the “Add Commercial Rental Property” button for commercial properties. Enter the details for each property you own in the City of Tacoma.

If you are no longer leasing any rental property in Tacoma and want to close your account, please disregard this form and submit a request to Close Your Account.
