Did you know that your Tacoma Fire Department offers free CPR classes for community members who live in Tacoma, Fife, or Fircrest?
– This community class is free for Tacoma, Fife, and Fircrest residents.
– The class length is about three hours.
– There is no age limit, but participants must be able to physically perform CPR for two minutes to receive a CPR card after completing the course.
– The class covers adult/child/infant CPR, foreign body airway obstruction, and how to administer Narcan.
– At the end of class, you will receive a TFD CPR card of completion.
– This is not a certified first aid and health care provider class.
