Civil Interviews, Depositions, and Subpoenas
A Civil Interview includes any conversation with a Tacoma Police Department employee regarding a referenced case.
Interviews, depositions, court testimony, arbitration, hearings, etc., are included within this definition. Note that:
- Civil matters require a two-hour minimum, then billed in one-hour increments.
- No-shows or cancellations by interviewer will not be refunded.
Our City Legal team will be involved for any deposition beyond an initial interview to provide legal representation. The chart below includes fees for Civil Interviews.
