At approximately 2:03 a.m. on August 7, 2026, Tacoma Police responded to the 2100 block of N 30th St for a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located an adult male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Officers immediately began lifesaving measures until the Tacoma Fire Department arrived. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Detectives and Crime Scene Technicians are investigating this incident as a homicide. The investigation remains active. Anyone with information related to this case is asked to call 9-1-1.
