Project Overview

Between Cedar Street and Grant Avenue, this Public Works project will improve transportation along South 12th Street and connecting streets. Environmental Services will also upgrade utility infrastructure in the project area. Construction elements include:

  • Grind & overlay of eligible asphalt surfaces; reconstruction where needed
  • Water, storm, and sanitary sewer infrastructure replacement
  • Concrete alley re-pavement
  • Pedestrian curb ramp upgrades
  • Improved traffic signals and flashing beacons
  • Bicycle facility re-channelization
