Project Overview
This project aims to improve the intersection infrastructure and signal timing at South 11th Street and Sprague Avenue. New features will include curb ramps, accessible pedestrian signals, leading pedestrian intervals, high-visibility crosswalk markings, new programmable signal heads, and video detection.
