Business License
Generally, any business that is operating or soliciting business in the corporate City limits or any person renting real property to others is required to be registered and licensed with Tacoma. License fees are based on your annual gross income.Â
If a business is located outside of Tacoma and generates less than $2,000 in annual gross income in Tacoma, no registration is required unless the business activity requires a regulatory license.
