Project Overview

Construction on this area completed in 2024. The project area extended along Saint Helens Avenue from 6th Avenue to Division Avenue, including the intersection of 6th Avenue. Improvements include:

  • An asphalt grind and overlay from curb face to curb face
  • Bulb-outs at the intersections
  • Installation of active transportation features (bike facilities and crosswalks)
