This is the second part of a construction effort to restore the driving surface of East Portland Avenue and add traffic signal improvements.

Project Overview
Crews will grind out sections of pavement to make minor repairs and prepare the surface for the placement of a 2-inch layer of asphalt over the existing surface. ADA curb ramp upgrades will also be made at this time if applicable. Potentially adding a new HAWK signal for pedestrian crossing.
