Today, May 9, the City of Tacoma completed its move to @tacoma.gov email addresses, effective immediately. This change does not apply to Tacoma Public Library and Tacoma Venues & Events.
Emails sent to both the old @cityoftacoma.org and new @tacoma.gov addresses will continue to be delivered without interruption, maintaining essential communication channels across the City.
In conjunction with this transition, the City launched its newly redesigned website at tacoma.gov. These updates reflect the City’s commitment to enhancing accessibility, usability, and digital security for all users.Â
For additional information or inquiries, community members are encouraged to contact the Tacoma FIRST 311 Customer Support Center by dialing 311 within city limits or (253) 591-5000 from anywhere else. Community members can also visit tacoma.gov/311 and select “Make A Request” to report any issues related to the City of Tacoma website.Â
