The Climate Action Plan (CAP) outlines the steps the City and community must take to address and prepare for climate change. How You Can Support Tacoma’s Climate Action Plan
- Get Involved in City Decision-Making: Attend a City Council meeting or contact your representative in a City committee, board, commission, or neighborhood council. You can also explore open City of Tacoma jobs.
- Connect with Local Organizations: Advocate for climate action, affordable housing, electrification, public transit, and pollution prevention by engaging with local entities like Pierce County, Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department, Pierce Transit, Metro Parks Tacoma, and more.
