Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) ndi kuphatikiza kwa kupuma kopulumutsira ndi kupsinjika pachifuwa komwe kumaperekedwa kwa ozunzidwa omwe amaganiziridwa kuti akumangidwa kwa mtima. CPR ikhoza kupanga kusiyana pakati pa moyo ndi imfa pazochitika monga kumangidwa kwa mtima ndi kumira. Ndikoyenera kuti membala aliyense wa kunyumba kwanu adziwe CPR.
